This kernel assembles a task's recorded audit events into a deterministic lifecycle tree — ordered by time, each step classified (read · check · approval · mutation · denial) — with the milestone flags a regulator cares about (was a human in the loop? did it reach a mutation? was it blocked?) and a tamper-evident digest. The visual tree below is exactly what "Regulator Mode" renders.
Honest scope. A deterministic, signable governance primitive — the backbone of the "Examiner's Dashboard". The events it orders come from EcoCloud's existing signed Merkle audit chain; this kernel sorts, classifies, and fingerprints them so two parties re-derive the identical record (the visual canvas is frontend). It is the narrative companion to the Compliance Passport (which gives pass/fail). It assembles a record — it changes nothing, and a lineage is only as trustworthy as the signed events behind it.
