The Agent Contract kernel.

AI Agent Contracting, made deterministic. A statement of work — scope · quality rubric · SLA · cost · penalty — becomes a canonical, signable contract. Then a signed attestation that references that contract is scored against the same rubric to derive a fulfilled / breached / unverified verdict, the billing basis (earned vs charged-back), a dispute code, and a settlement instruction. "Do X to Y quality for Z cost by deadline D — or the basis is charged back." EcoCloud computes the basis — a measure; your PSP/ERP settles and your counsel owns the legal instrument. It never moves money.

Honest scope. A deterministic governance + measurement kernel: it computes the contract state and the billing/chargeback basis and emits a settlement instruction — it moves no money and issues no legal guarantee; your PSP/ERP posts the entry, your counsel owns the contract. Fail-closed: an unsigned attestation, one that references a different contract (replay), a missing rubric score, a missed deadline, or an unmet deliverable can never read as fulfilled; earned never exceeds the agreed basis. The same rubric drives acceptance and price, so the verification step and the contract can't disagree.
