Then a signed attestation that references that contract is scored against the same rubric to derive a fulfilled / breached / unverified verdict, the billing basis (earned vs charged-back), a dispute code, and a settlement instruction. "Do X to Y quality for Z cost by deadline D — or the basis is charged back." EcoCloud computes the basis — a measure; your PSP/ERP settles and your counsel owns the legal instrument.
