How it works · tap a step

One governed loop

Everything in EcoCloud runs through the same loop — whether a human or an AI agent does the work. Tap each step.

3
Migrate · tap a step

Bring your backlog — in minutes, no migration project

Every tool exports CSV, so EcoCloud imports from Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Notion — or anything else — the same way. It auto-detects the source, maps your columns, and previews before writing a thing.

LinearAsanaClickUpNotionTrelloJira…any CSV

Already live too: read-only sync from 13 connectors (GitHub, Linear, Jira, Asana, GitLab, Notion, HubSpot, Trello, ClickUp, Zendesk, Salesforce, MS Planner, Outlook). Settings → Integrations → Connect, paste your own token (encrypted, stays in your workspace).

Features & skills

What each does — and how to use it

Every feature is one move. Here's what it's for and how to put it to work.

AI Dispatch

Type a task in plain English; AI sets the owner, deadline and priority for you — no forms.
How → type in the composer, hit AI Dispatch. Use + Add for a plain task.

Today Brief

Your home screen: Do now · Waiting on you · Blocked · Can slip, ranked for action, with a one-line plan.
How → it's the top of your workspace. One tap to complete; click a lane to filter.

Routing Memory

Dispatch learns who you assign work to. Reassign a tagged task a couple of times and the next one auto-routes there.
How → automatic. View/clear what it learned in Settings → Routing memory.

Team Capacity

See who's overloaded at a glance — open, overdue and high-priority work per person.
How → the Capacity panel on home. Red bars = someone has overdue work.

Flow State

A focus mode that batches notifications and quiets the UI so deep work isn't interrupted.
How → toggle Flow State; it holds the noise until you're done.

Outcome Receipts

“Done” you can prove: a signed record of intent → action → verified result, checkable by anyone, offline.
How → Trust Console → click a receipt → Verify signature.

Ask EcoCloud

Ask about your own work — “what's blocking launch?”, “who's overloaded?” — answers cite your real tasks, never made-up status.
How → the Ask box; type a question about your workspace.

Plan a project

Turn one sentence into a structured plan — a goal broken into tasks with dependencies.
How → describe the goal, hit Plan project (or Break down for one task).

Governance · the Trust Layer

Why “governed” matters to you

EcoCloud isn't just faster — every action passes a policy gate (your Constitution) before it runs, and lands in a tamper-evident audit chain. That's what lets you safely let AI agents do real work.

Constitution

A plain rulebook for what's allowed — priority caps, forbidden terms, quiet hours, approval thresholds. Enforced on every write.
How → Settings → Workspace constitution. Or one-click a ready-made vertical pack.

Trust Console

Live status: Constitution active, pending approvals, and recent signed receipts — your proof-of-work at a glance.
How → the Trust Console panel beside the composer. See the full Trust Layer →

For developers & agents: everything here is also an API — MCP + REST. See for developers, the constitution spec, and the knowledge bundle. Honest by default: what's live lists exactly what ships today.
